When and where we meet...
Writing to the new Christian Church in Thessalonica (1 Thessalonians Chapter 5 verses 16-18) St Paul emphasises the importance of prayer as our relationship with God our Father.
Rejoice always, pray continually,
give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
Our prayer group meets on the first WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH, except in August.
We join togetyher for about 10 minutes at 10am in Church, and before the Holy Communion Service.
We pray about a different need each month, for example ‘Creation’.
People are invited to read a prayer which is provided.
