Harvest Weekend
Friday 10th October from 6.00pm
Decorating the church for Harvest. If you have any gifts you would like to add to the display in church, please bring them along during the evening.
Sunday 12th October 10.30am
Thanksgiving Service for Harvest in church, followed by a Harvest Lunch in the Parochial Hall (coffee will not be served before the lunch). Cost £10. Please let us know if you require a vegetarian alternative. Children are warmly invited to attend with their parents/relatives/friends. Should the children not be tempted by a hotpot, they are more than welcome to bring along their lunch boxes filled with goodies!
As usual, there will be a raffle and donation of prizes would be appreciated. A quiz for some friendly competition will also be provided!
Monday 13th October from 9.30am
Clearing Church of Harvest gifts and preparing these for Southport Food Bank.If you have some time to spare, your assistance would be most welcome.
Please come along to celebrate Harvest and support the fundraising lunch whilst enjoying a social get together with friends and family.
All proceeds will go to our chosen charity, Motor Neurone Disease.
Harvest is a wonderful opportunity for us to focus on people who are in need of our support and to celebrate with fellowship and faith.
